Liquats Vegetals
Liquats Vegetals is a Catalan Food company based on Viladrau, in Montseny's heart, and develops and produces different vegetal-based food known national and internationally under brands such as YOSOY, MONSOY, Almendrola and NATRUE. They collaborate with the project by providing the wastewater of their processes, which serves as feed for the microbial biopolymer synthesis.
